A confidentiality agreement will be put in place and we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. We are also registered with the ICO. (Information Commissioners Office).

    If you instruct us to destroy your confidential documents, we’ll make sure our security-vetted staff (BS7858 compliant) will manage the whole process to fulfil your legal obligations under The Data Protection Act.
